Our services are priced per qualified lead delivered, with rates varying by service tier and advertising channel used. Current pricing ranges from $40 to $60 per qualified lead. All prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

• Has the budget and authority to make purchasing decisions
• Has provided accurate contact information

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. CodeHubble reserves the right to immediately terminate services for breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse of our platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

CodeHubble's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

12. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeHubble from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services or violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Texas.

14. Changes to Terms
